DONATION REFUND POLICY
The Arthur Nagel Community Clinic is a nonprofit charitable organization whose mission is to provide free and low-cost mental, dental, and primary and preventive healthcare services to the under-served residents of Bandera County who have no other access to medical care within the county. As such, we do not make refunds of contributions. However, if there is a clear error in the amount of payment or payee information, please contact the Clinic within 30 days from the date of donation by calling 830-796-3448 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CST).
